Following the consultation process, submitted comments have been reviewed and addressed. The document has been reviewed by the technical group and adopted by the Nordic Wood Preservation Council Board.
The standard defines wood protection classes and corresponding product requirements for glued laminated products, of pine and other permeable softwoods. It focuses on ensuring that NTR-classified Glulam meets the same high standards as other treated wood products with strict penetration, retention, and external quality control requirements.
